Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I love Austin, its a fun place and beautiful (not to mention NO SNOW!!!) though it is pretending to rain... born in Seattle and raised in the NW I know rain! this is just a sprinkle.
Once settled I'll have to ask nicely for a Dragon Flower fractal, in medieval Europe the bearded Iris was known as the Dragon Flower and since it is my favorite flower and Dragons are my favorite animal... and having no clue how that could be interpreted I'll leave it to the experts.
